Fully staffed

After excluding a child for consistent poor behaviour, I received a letter from the parent of the child telling me that he “was shocked to learn from my Au Pair that my son has been excluded from school”. He further informed me that he would be “taking the matter further”. I assumed I’d be hearing from “his” Lawyer!
