It’s a small world

After returning from a Christmas holiday a member of staff came to tell me that when she was climbing Ben Nevis, she saw the name of our school clearly etched out in the unbroken snow. I thought this was an interesting story so I put it in my weekly bulletin to parents. Following the publication of the bulletin I received an email from a parent who said that whilst they were on Ben Nevis their daughter thought she had seen one of her teachers in the distance so, just in case she was right she thought he would write out the school name in the snow.     She said she persuaded her daughter not to write the teacher’s name for fear of possibly causing a heart attack.
