Seeing the mixture of emotions on the faces of our Year 11s throughout the final assembly on Friday – excitement, anticipation and apprehension in equal measure. And also, a small number of parents/carers coming up to me at the end of the end of the assembly, just to say thank you’ – Makes it all worthwhile.
